I think there is a problem with files virtualisation and this setup.

If I turn off files virtualisation it seems to run on all computers but when I turn it back on it just sits in the process monitor and does not open.

I moved it to Windows 7 x64 and also Windows Server 2008 x86 SP2.

I tried on both local machine and a machine being run under vmware and none worked.
