I am still having problems with Windows Defender having false positives for my Enigma protected executable. I'm using Win 10 with an updated defender and Enigma Protector v5.40.

Send it to the microsoft to fix detection.

Do you have a false detection, or some other behavior, like long loading etc? Can you please let us know the name of this detection?
