How do I make these settings disabled by default?
99% of programs do not need these parameters.

You have to turn them off all the time in a new project...

And one more bug in package builder - open template - registry - enable registry virtualization - is always inactive, even if it is saved active in the template

Unfortunately, this option is needed for many packed applications, otherwise it cause incompatibilities with the EVB. Default option provide maximum compatibility for different files, thus this option is enabled.

Thanks for this note, issue is confirmed and already fixed. Issue will gone in next version release.
